Change ownership of Ufone Sim

Now you can change ownership of ufone(Pakistan)Sim.
if your ufone sim is not registered at your own name don’t worried ownership could be change,
To change ownerships please follow procedure as under .
1.Take you ID card
2.Write a new message and in this message write your full name same as written at your ID card message
3. after writing your full name give a space and write ID card
Number without dashes
4. Send this sms at 824 after verification of your ID card from Nadra sim ownership will be transfered at your own name.
This process can take up to 10 minutes

i want to take ownership of my ufone sim, i followed the procedure
which mentioned upword.
but after writing in sms, full name and NIC.
sms become fake on 824. sms not delivered due to unknown reason…
can anyone help me regarding with this problem????
